My experience began BEFORE coming to the office. When I called to request an appointment for my 3 year old nephew that has ASD and some sensory issues I was asked about his reactions to... lights, music, whether or not he’ll prefer the door open or closed etc., that let me know they had a lot of experience with kids with disabilities which was important to me. There was plenty of parking, friendly and cordial staff, office was clean, modern and kid friendly. Rebecca was AMAZING! She was soooo patient and accommodating with my nephew and was able to get the cleaning done and X-rays (even though he was squirming a bit) Dr. Kris was friendly, explained X-ray findings and recommended future procedures that’s needed. Megan and Lauren were very helpful in explaining cost, billing, and scheduling future appointments. I’m very confident that future dental work will go as smoothly as todays first visit here.
